Developing and implementing strategy is at the heart of operational performance: it is the engine that drives an organisation to achieve. The process of developing strategy is one of the most critical that an organization can undertake.
The Balanced Scorecard is universally recognised as a high-quality system that enables this process.
The Balanced Scorecard Workshop will enable participants to successfully develop and implement a Balanced Scorecard into their organizations. Importantly, it will also assist participants to manage the “people” aspects of the development and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard, one of the most important and critical aspects of the process.
